Corrections

Every change of substance to the published text is recorded here: what it said, what it says now, what prompted the change, and the date. Entries are never removed. Corrections that change an evidence grade or a safety statement are also emailed to everyone with access. The procedure is set out in the evidence policy.

Nothing in the published text has been corrected since publication. That is not a claim that the text is free of errors — the bibliography chapter lists what could not be verified — only that no reader or reviewer has yet shown a published sentence to be wrong. When one does, the entry appears here with the original wording kept.

Reporting an error

Quote the sentence, say what you believe is wrong, and give the source if you have one. Reports that name a primary source are checked first. Write to hello@assaygrade.com. A report that leads to a correction is acknowledged in the entry, without naming the reporter unless they ask to be named.
